CORBA 2.2 defines `orb->shutdown' to have a CORBA::Boolean parameter.
mico 2.0.8 seems to comply.  `orb->shutdown' isn't used with <= 2.0.5.

So, maybe 2.0.6 either doesn't declare the parameter, or provides a
default argument.
