It seems that gnome-libs does not put -lglib in GNOME_LIBS in gnomeConf.sh
Normally this is ok, but it breaks things when not linking GNOMEUI stuff.
Should there be a separate check for glib and should a -lglib be included
int GNOME_LIBS?
