Please don't forget bindtextdomain() and textdomain().

Don't forget to call bindtextdomain() and textdomain() after
gnome_init().

if the program is in GNOME tree, and if it use the same message
catalog, bindtextdomain() is *not* needed (all except
programs/freecell).

But remember, bindtextdomain() in gnomelib_init() is for GNOME
libraries, not for GNOME programs.

GNOME programs in general should begin with:

  ...
  gnome_init(&argc, &argv);
  bindtextdomain(PACKAGE, LOCALEDIR);
  textdomain(PACKAGE);
  ...

(I'm very happy with GNOME, which display my native language. :)
