Imlib1.1 officially out.

Imlib1.1 is officially out.

There are binary RPM's, source RPM's and source TARballs there.

This has several fixes, a few added API calls, etc. Please ensure you
have the versions of other libraries (libpng especially) from that page.
Some versions of libpng are missing required symbols. I will investigate
this sometime in the future as to why they removed API calls.
