Re: problem with glib

I don't know if anyone else has addressed this, but I found this lacking
in the cvs build FAQ... Since you running RedHat, there is a very good
chance that you have the glib.m4, gtk+.m4, and imlib.m4 files sitting in
you /usr/local/share/aclocal or on other places on the hard drive
(locate this files). What's happening, is it's reading in these macro
files from the /usr/local/share/aclocal area, reading in the macros, and
then when it gets to the CVS Macros in /gnome/opt/gnome/share/aclocal
it's causing a world of hurt, and will cause all sorts of funky problems
if you keep on trying to compile, either rename the
/usr/local/share/aclocal (or wherever it is) files, move them, or delete
them while you are compliling.
