It was simple problem. :)
Try

env CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/include LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lib ./autogen.sh
(env CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/include LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lib ./configure)

and don't forget to do
rm -rf config.cache

My system is now FreeBSD 2.2.7 and it works well...
