CVS module for CVS-checkout/build contribs

Miguel once remarked that there was/might (can't remember, exactly) going 
to be a module on CVS for build utilities like that gbuild (which I don't 
currently use, but it looks pretty functional) and the dependency 
tools 
that Johnathan Sergent posted at http://www.io.com/~sergent/gnome-make/

I think it would be really cool.  We could share build scripts, CVS 
update scripts, and other time-saving tools for working with gnome.
