libart_lgpl problem (again!) with checkout gnome-libs

I'm having the same old problem again with cvs co gnome-libs:

cannot find module `libart_lgpl'

Is there, perhaps, some kind of permission problem?  I've tried a dozen
times and I'm either always getting the same bad server or it's a
problem on more than one.
