ANNOUNCE: GTop 0.28 released

GTop has now become its own top-level module in CVS. This will
make life easier for package maintainers.

It now requires LibGTop 0.25 and should work both under Linux and
FreeBSD.

The sources can be found in the GNOME CVS tree in module `gtop'
(you can checkout tag `GTOP_0_28' to get the contents of the tarball)
or at my site:

	ftp://ftp.home-of-linux.org/pub

in the following files:

	gtop-0.28.tar
	gtop-0.28-REL.src.rpm
	gtop-0.28-REL.i386.rpm

However, I think we should keep the original `gnome-utils/gtop' in CVS
for a while so people can still use it or simply have a look at its code.

It is no longer build automatically but the source code still goes into
the tarballs of gnome-utils.

[People with write-access to the GNOME CVS tree:

 Please do only make modifications to the new top-level module
 and not to gnome-utils/gtop.
