Split of gnome-graphics into ee and ggv

Hello,

The RHAD people here are the maintainers of both programs in the
gnome-graphics module, which are Electric Eyes and GGV.  They want to
be able to release both programs independently of each other, so I was
asked to split the gnome-graphics module into ee and ggv modules.
These are now on cvs and seem to work fine for me.

People who want to continue work on these programs should do a
checkout of the new ee and/or ggv modules.
