Hmm, find the libtool.m4 file and put it in /usr/share/aclocal/. You could
also try to link all files from /usr/local/share/aclocal/ to
/usr/share/aclocal.

These are quick hacks and I'm quite sure this is not the best way of
dealing with this problem, but it should work.
