If you want to rebuild them you can add

Prefix: %{prefix}

to the preamble.  I haven't done this because I'd then have to test
it to make sure it works relocated.  Does anyone know if/how GNOME
progs can find their data if it's moved from /usr to /usr/local
(for example)?
