Moniker implementations in Gnome 2.0

Hi there,

        Just a heads up on the fact that I plan to move some of the
moniker implementations outside of bonobo - particularly the stream ones,
and into libgnome where there is a gnome-vfs dependency.

	This way we can neatly and quickly resolve the mime sniffing (
etc.) problems, without making libbonobo depend on gnome-vfs: which is
undesirable for many reasons.
