Hi!!

Doing a bit of Malayalam translation for GNOME, when I can find the
time. 

Where is the co-ordination for Indic  localisation being done??

Before that, is there some kind of co-ordination??

I am subscribed to Indlinus lists.

I  ask this  because  even after  a  long time,  re-ordering and  font
substitution for  Malayalam in  Pango is  broken, and it  is a  bit of
frustrating for  people like me,  to find that accurate  encoding does
not result in accurate rendering.
