String changes in deskbar-applet

Hi Raphael, translators,

deskbar-applet POTFILES.in didn't include mozilla-search.glade file,
so those strings have not been marked for translation.  Raphael has
fixed this, so there are 4 new strings to translate:

msgid "<b>Search Engines</b>"
msgid "Deskbar Preferences - Web Searches"
msgid "Show all available search engines"
msgid "Show only the primary search engine"


Raphael, can you please have translators notified about this in the
future, even if this is not technically a string freeze break (as
explained in [1]).
