Create a team on Launchpad

Hello, i would like to create a team on Launchpad.
As i have understood this is a web-based interface
for translations. I have a little problem with my CVS
account, so it would be fine if i could send my translations
via this interface.

Unfortunely, i can't create a new Breton team on this page :
https://launchpad.net/rosetta/groups/gnome-translation-project/
It says me that i'm not allowed :

* You are logged in as Jérémy Le Floc'h.*


Do someone know how can i do ?
