gdm clock format and translations

Hi,

With GNOME 2.12.0 the clock format is set by default to "auto" and
Depends of the translation. Due to the lack of comments it seems that
most of the translators have not change the "%l" part of the "%a %b %d,
%l:%M %p", which is for a 12 hours format. 

I've opened http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=316773 about that
and now the string has a comment. I'm just sending a mail to the list
for people who want to fix if for their locale now :)
