GCompris 7.1 branched ready for translation

We just banched GCompris 7.1 under the name gcompris_7_1
It is ready to receive your translation.

Thanks to Clytie Siddall for this complete fixup of our
bad english. It's very important for an educational software like
GCompris to be as correct as possible in the text messages.

New activities in this release:
- hanoi tower game with the real rules
- Tux hide a number and you have to find it.

Other improvements:
- improved images and icons and a new complete skin from Franck.
- Added support for IMContext which makes GCompris fulled usable even
with complex char set.


Release 7.1PRE1 will go out the Oct 29.
