Release Notes partialy translated

Hi folks,

I've really tryed to finish Brazilian Portuguese translation
of Release Notes before today, but I still have 14 strings
untranslated.

I'm commiting my current progress but won't stop working.
So, I was wondering if Release Notes translations in HTML
format will still be regenerated for a few days so those who
get to finish after today's dead line will have their
complete work published.
