glib string freeze change

This change in the glib glib-2-6 branch:

broke the GNOME 2.10 string freeze. I know that technically, glib isn't
affected by the GNOME freezes, but still, I'd love if you could always
let GNOME translators at gnome-i18n gnome org know if you are going to
add or alter translateable strings in stable gtk+ or glib branches.
