New strings for Evolution

Hi,

The following strings are added to the evolution and
evolution-data-server.

evolution/plugins/groupwise-features/org-gnome-proxy-errors.xml
1) Invalid user
2) Proxy access cannot be given to user
3) Specify User
4) You have to specify a valid user name to give proxy rights.
5) You have already given proxy permissions to this user.

evolution/plugins/groupwise-features/org-gnome-proxy-login-errors.xml
1) Invalid user
2) Proxy login as "<%s>" was unsuccessful. Please check Email Id and try
again

evolution/plugins/groupwise-features/proxy.c
1) The Proxy tab will be available only when the account is enabled.
