String freeze break request for gnome-doc-utils

The string "bibliography" is misspelled as "biblioraphy" in
gnome-doc-utils, which is pretty embarrassing.  Can we fix
this on the gnome-2-12 branch?  Is there any sort of tool
that will automatically transfer translations over?  Like,

fix-po "speler" "speller" *.po

That would rock.  Somebody should write it.  :)
