This bug report has just been resolved. gnome-applets 2.10.1 contains
the fix, therefore if your distribution contains this version (as
opposed to 2.10.0), you will be able to see the city/aiport names in the
local language (if they are translated).

gnome-applets 2.10.1 has gone to Ubuntu Linux Hoary Release Candidate,
meaning that it will make it to the final release in a few days.

When you showcase localised GNOME to end-users, it's good eye-candy to
view the weather conditions of the local city, in the local language.
