missing translations?

Is this a script gone temporarily insane, or did something else go
wrong?

After the latest translation sweep, each app from atomix to drwright in
the "extras" pages show zeroes for everything: no translated, fuzzy, or
untranslated strings. This seems to be the case for every locale.
