I had a similar problem with a recent commit to gtranslator. I notified
the translator that had committed it, and eventually resorted to doing a
'iconv -f iso-8859-2 -t utf-8 bs.po' (and committing, with ChangeLog) so
that it didn't break the compile. I haven't heard back from the Bosnian
team co-ordinator yet.
