Problems in modules themselves (usually regeneration of POT file
failed, or translation status holds incorrect POT name). Instead of
complaining, go find and fix them :-P
Also, read the archives about this (it was asked more than
once). Simply visit l10n-status.gnome.org and check the total
message count for Lithuanian and Swedish: the latter will probably
have more translated messages, but a lower percentage.
I cannot switch to ranking by total message count, since
"supportedness" is determined by the percentage.
