Since Dia translations are done via Gnome Translation Project (GTP),
it's a good idea to let firstname.lastname@example.org (CCed) know about this
mild "string freeze" for Dia.
Since most of the translators are member of this list, it should be
easier for you. Also, that's the place where you may find more
potential translators, so it's good idea to use it anyway.
