gstreamer po ?!

I was reading planet.gnome.org and came across this quote from Thomas
Van der Stichele:
"internationalization infrastructure in place, decent error messages
with translations work now"
ueeeh?! Why haven't I heared about a gstreamer po? And why isn't it
included in the translation status page?
Do weh ve to translate this po to get 100% support in the the official
gnome release as gstreamer is part of gnome D&DP ?
