is gettext 0.14 supported by intltoolize

Hi all

I am using intltool in xkeyboard-config - and recently found intltool
quite unusable in FC2 (using gettext 0.14) - because NONE of the po/
Makefile.in.in patches can be applied without FAILED chunks. So now the
question for me is whether I can continue using intltool - or should I
invent something home-grown. Any info/comments/advise would be
appreciated.
