ANNOUNCE: GRUT v1.8

Hi,

Because I'm lazy, I made GRUT better in doing auto-translations.
It has been a while since the last GRUT release, so, in case you forgot:

"GRUT stands for GRand Unified Translation and is a tool for merging
different translations of similar original sentences into one
translation in order to maximize language consistency between groups of
applications."

Here's the changelog since the last announced release:

version 1.8 (2004-01-10)
	* Diff parameter changed from -u6 to -U 6
	* Make blacklist entries case-insensitive
	* Also use blacklists while doing auto translation
	* README updated

version 1.7 (2004-01-02)
	* Bumped version number (forgotten since 1.4)
	* AutoTranslate may now use a predefined translation list 
	* AutoTranslate tries _Back, B_ack, Ba_ck, Bac_k for translating the Back msgid
          (good for translating menu shorthands consistently, even if the original english
          shorthands differ)

version 1.6 (2003-09-16):
	* GRUT should now fully support python 2.3 (GRUT <1.5 doesn't)
	* Fixed a bug caused by malformed blacklists (reported by Laurent Dhima)
	* The GRUT executable is now named grut.py to get pydb(ddd) working


Here's some information (from README) about the new auto-translation features:

Automatic translation
---------------------
                                                                                                                       
Since GRUT 1.8, automatic translation has become quite useful. Several kind of auto translations are performed:
                                                                                                                       
* Automatic predefined 'Access Key' translation (highest priority):
If an entry in AutoTranslate.xml looks like this:

1) GRUT looks for matching msgid's that look like: _File, F_ile, Fi_le or Fil_e.
GRUT will then replace the msgstr with the predefined translation: _Bestand.
2) GRUT looks for matching msgid's that look like: File.
Grut will then replace the msgstr with the predefined translation without the _ character: Bestand.

GRUT looks for matching msgid's that look like: Description, Description: or Description... .
GRUT will then replace the msgstr with the predefined translation: Beschrijving, Beschrijving: or Beschrijving... .
                                                                                                                       
* Automatic translation based on previous translations (lowest priority):
If a certain msgid is found untranslated, GRUT will look for this msgid in other
.PO/.POT files in its database and copies the found translation.
If there are different translations for the same msgid available, one of them is picked 'at random'.
                                                                                                                       
Blacklists

* Certain words should never be auto translated. Those msgid's are listed in WordBlackList.xml. Example:

* Certain words should not be auto translated because they may have different meanings in different contexts. Those msgid's are listed in WordContextBlackList.xml. Example:
