I'm a bit confused by this patch. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems
to me that it adds two user-visible strings, but they are not marked for
translation with a gettext macro (e.g. '_("Continue Bug Report")').

In my opinon, the change itself is not too bad, although making it this
late is bad. I think I'll say a begrudging yes to it. Of course, that
doesn't have any significance on its own.
