turkmen language team (tk=>tk-tr)

dear  Christian

iranian turkmens writing alphabet will be change to
arabic like alphabet in next monthes. then would you
please change the turkmen language code from tk to
tk-tr (turkmen-turkmenistan).
iranian turkmens alphabet will be tk-ir if a team
wants to begin translation.
