epiphany string addition

There has been an unannounced string addition in the string frozen
epiphany HEAD branch.

This seems to be the commit in data/epiphany.schemas.in
that caused the unannounced string additions:

Communication with translators regarding string changes at supposedly
frozen times is very important. This is also true even for bug fixes.

This seems to have been an important fix to solve syntactic problems,
but on the same time it marked two messages for translation that hadn't
been marked for translation before, and hence translators should have
been noticed.

Please give translators notice in the future when you fix bugs like
this.
