It is just some extra applications that have been reviewed a little
bit and found not to suck, and therefore recommended by the Gnome
community. Good applications that in some cases may end up in the
desktop release at some point.

So when translating it may be a good idea to prioritize somewhat like
this:

  1. Desktop modules
  2. Fifth-toe modules (and the "office" modules)
  3. The "extra" modules

Of course, YMMV,
