GNOME 2.7/2.8 status pages

So I've tried to add a preliminary status page section for GNOME
2.7/2.8. It will be at
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/status/gnome-2.8/ if I didn't
screw up and everything goes well at the next update. I basically copied
the current gnome-2.6 ones (and removed the 2.4 ones).

What this means is that there is now something that shows HEAD of some
modules what may turn out to be parts of GNOME 2.8. There will be module
additions and changes coming, so don't take those pages seriously yet.
They're not. The modules list will change, that's for sure, and it will
take a while before we even remotely know what GNOME 2.8 will be like
module-wise and message-wise.

Basically everyone should still focus on the gnome-2.6 status pages and
try to make the gnome-2.6 translations shiny and complete. There will be
more gnome-2.6 releases coming, so that's where the time still is best
spent.
