[fr, ga, mn, sl, vi] Important message for epiphany translators

Hi,

I've just checked in a fix for the mistranslations of the
"system-language" and "x-western" string, so that these serious errors
won't be present in epiphany 1.0 release. Here are the bug numbers:

#121098 for fr.po
#121099 for ga.po
#121344 for mn.po
#120611 for sl.po

If you check in updates for your po files, please make sure you do not
reverse the fix. For reference, I've attached a patch with the changes
made.

All translators, please make sure you check in into gnome-2-4 branch
too; there appear to be at least one language (Vietnamese) where the
most recent po file update has only been checked in to head branch. [vi
translators: if you update on gnome-2-4 branch, you _must_ fix #121395
before; final epiphany 1.0 tarballs will probably be made as soon as
September 8.]
