Footnotes l10n

Hi,

I'm trying to translate Footnotes to Japanese with some perl scripts:

http://bonobo.gnome.gr.jp/~nakai/gnomedesktop.org/translated.html

- Replacing all links to www.gnomedesktop.org
- Just the top page is translated now
- When a new article is found, a mail comes to the translater with a link
  to translation web interface
- etc.

I hope some of you might be interested inthis for same purpose.
