There's a new domain inside the Translation Project
(http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/contrib/po/HTML/) called
'shared-mime-info', which should soon be listed on
http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/HTML/domain-shared-mime-info.html.

shared-mime-info is an attempt to sync and merge the MIME databases from
KDE and GNOME and will thus be necessary to translate in order to have a
fully translated GNOME experience in the future. You can read about how
to join an existing TP language team or create a new one if necessary on
http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/HTML/translators.html.

Please note that there already also is an existing doman inside the TP
called scrollkeeper
(http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/HTML/domain-scrollkeeper.html)
that is necessary to translate in order to have a fully translated GNOME
(the yelp help browser needs it). The reason these domains are placed in
the TP rather than in the GTP is that they don't use GNOME CVS and that
they are intended to be shared across different desktop projects and not
necessarily be tied to be GNOME only.
