Translation of GtkSourceView

Hello,

For those people who wish to translate GtkSourceView, you now need HEAD
intltool to translate all strings, since today we've added the .lang
files (syntax highlighting rules) to POTFILES.in, and support for the
new file extension was committed yesterday to intltool.

Please feel free to mail me if you have any problems with GtkSourceView.
