lib* in status pages

Hi,

Since 2.2 appears to be dying now, I'm in the process of switching my
translation efforts towards 2.4. libgnomeprint, libgnomeprintui,
libgtop and libwnck are in the desktop group. Shouldn't they be in the
developer-libs group instead (which perhaps just should be called
"libs")?
