gswitchit 2.3.1 is going to be out soon

Hi all

There is going to be a new version of gswitchit next week. I would be
grateful if translators update the corresponding .po files. Also, the
localized versions of the help files (I updated them since last release)
would be really welcome - currently only English and Russian (a bit
outdated) versions are in CVS.
