magicdev string changes

Just committed a couple of new things to magicdev that
add some additional strings

 - Added a dialog asking what to do with media that
   has both audio and data files on it.

 - Added an option to exec a command when blank media
   is inserted.

(Note that magicdev is not part of gnome-2.2 at all,
so isn't covered one way or the other by the string
freeze.)
