gnome-utils release for 1.4.x

Hi all.

gnome-utils has seen some action since last released and it is now time
to make the changes available to the general public :-)

There was one fuzzy string after updating in my case, so if anyone is
interested now is the time to update the translations.

cvs -z3 up -r gnome-utils-1-4 will give you the correct branch...
