Thanks for the notice. I've added it to the 2.2-extras translation
status page for now.

ALL_LINGUAS in gedit-plugins/configure.in needs to be filled with the
locales that have translations in the gedit-plugins/po directory. But I
don't know if there's more to it other than that.
