Updated translation support page

I've updated the http://www.gnome.org/i18n/ page now with the most
recent status for GNOME 2.2. Please let me know if you find any errors.
Also, some languages on that page are missing the localized name of the
language. If the localized name of your language is missing from the
page, please mail me directly and I will put it in. Please give the
localized name in HTML escape notation. Thanks!
