Weekly translation status update

Hi everyone!

Here's another weekly update with changes done during the last week  
(August 24--31) regarding translations of the Gnome 2.4 desktop and  
developer platform.


There have been several movers and shakers this week, but let's  
separate the following:

- Slovenian (up 14%) -- warped into the supported group of languages
- Albanian (14%) -- joined the partially supported group
- Italian (9%+) -- another newly supported language
- Belarusian (9%) -- improved their standings as supported lang.
- Hindi (8%) -- joined the partially supported languages
- Welsh (7%+) -- rounded it off at 100% (don't tell me someone didn't  
read about this one ;-)

Slovak (up 6%) and Korean (5%) both improved in their respective  
groups. Of course, there have been much more translators at work, so  
let's credit them all. ;-)


Finally, here's the complete weekly update (btw, I've already updated  
the release notes i18n page with current situation, so no work for John  
Fleck at this time ;-).
