libgda and libgnomedb frozen for 1.0

Hi

We've just entered freeze mode in both libgda and libgnomedb for a 1.0
release on September 8th.

There is a branch (release-1-0-branch) in each module for the final 1.0
release, so please update the translations in that branch.
