gnome-about strings

So, some time ago I said I was going to trim down the gnome-about
strings, so translators should not translate them. I then forgot about
that. :/ So, if it's OK with i18n, I can commit shorter/better strings
shortly. [The goal is to not affect content, but to make them shorter
and hence easier to read/translate, since currently the about box
scrolls the informative text too quickly to read and the names too
slowly to ever see a significant fraction of them.]
