gnome-applets/gkb-new string change - resending to cc the release team :(

I have made a small string change to the gkb applet in gnome-applets/gkb-new.

s/Flag Pixmap/_Flag Pixmap:  [ added a mnemonic + colon at the end of the label ]
s/Grab hotkey/_Grab hotkey [ added a mnemonic ]
