Upcoming sodipodi 0.28 release

Hello!

Sodipodi release 0.28 will come out sometimes around wednesday,
20 november, so this will be excellent opportunity to bring translations
up-to-date. Quite a number of UI elements have been ported from libglade
to plain Gtk, so there is probably lot of fuzziness.

The release will be done from HEAD. If someone wants tarball/prebuilt
potfile, these can be found at:
